Lets begin our practice with opening mantra 

Before starting the asana practice, it is required to understand the Breathing Method as the breath will help us to move freely from one asana to another. 

Please practice this method, which is known as deep breathing with sound, 7-10 rounds every morning and evening from the below linked video. This way of breathing is also known as Ujjayi breath when it is done as a part of pranayama practice.  Best time to practice is during sunrise and sunset with empty stomach.

After the breathing practice is done, we will start with Surya Namaskar A and B. Practice Surya Namaskar A 7times and Surya Namaskar B 5times as per the below linked videos

We will end our practice with the last three postures of the finishing sequence. Yog Mudra 10 breaths, Kaivalya Padmasana 10 breaths and Utpluthih 10 breaths. Please refer to the below video
